This is an instrumental tuned 1/2 step down and "dropped D".  This 
is from a fake film, with Evans (aka The Edge), the chaffeur named 
"Tony Corbin", a reference to the genius photographer, Anton Corbijn, 
who has taken many wonderful pictures of the band since the early 80's, 
and directed a version of the "One" video (the one that starts and ends 
in the studio).  He also has an appearance in the "Where The Streets Have
No Name" video.
